CAMPAIGN SERVICES

A capital campaign is an intense effort on the part of a nonprofit to raise significant dollars in a short period of time, typically for acquiring, constructing, or renovating a building. Increasingly often today, however, the campaign’s focus may be on raising funds to initiate a new program, building an endowment for the future, purchasing major equipment, retiring debt, conducting renovations, or any combination of these or other purposes.

There is probably no other activity in the life of an organization that has the impact of a capital campaign, usually helping the organization to take a substantial leap forward in the fulfillment of its mission.

Dickerson, Bakker & Associates works with you to craft an individualized plan to reach your mission, project and financial goals as current and new friends are taught stewardship principles and are asked to make gifts over and above their current involvement with the ministry.

Dickerson, Bakker and Associates has extensive experience and specializes in guiding nonprofit organizations through successful campaigns and would welcome the opportunity to assist your organization in meeting its goals. Our team members have led hundreds of capital campaigns, and it is unlikely there is a campaign issue that we have not faced and overcome. We manage campaigns at any stage, including beginning new campaigns and turning-around stalled or troubled campaigns.
